For your safety, appointments will be canceled if these are present at the time of service to avoid irritation or complications. 🚨 If you’re using Accutane or retinoids (Retin-A, Differin, Tazorac) waxing isn’t safe. Accutane users must wait 1 year. If you’re taking any of the above medications, please don’t book as The Skin may lift & become irritated. 🚨 ✨‼️HAIR CLIENTS‼️✨ •Please arrive with hair shampooed and detangled. (Fees apply if hair is not detangled or fully dried.) •Braiding & natural styles ONLY •If hair is not ready, appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled • Late arrivals may be cancelled • Deposit is non-refundable •Same-day cancellations or no-shows = loss of deposit • Balance due before or at service •Content may be recorded unless declined •Booking = I understand and agree all policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-call, no-show appointments. Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After the grace period, a $15 late fee will be applied. • At 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and must be rebooked.
